Two-Factor (or Two-Step) authentication is an extra layer of security designed to verify a user’s claimed identity, while further protecting the user’s personal information. In addition to requiring an email and password, we send a code to the user’s phone (via SMS or call) that must be verified to both create an account and log into an account.
By adding a second layer of security to your account, 2FA reduces the chance of someone other than you being able to access your account if your password is stolen or your phone is lost, since it is less likely someone else has your second-factor information.
On njoy.com, you will first enter your email and a password. Then, instead of immediately gaining access to your account, you will be prompted to verify your identity by providing a security code which will be sent to the phone number associated with your account. You can receive this security code via SMS or an automated voice call.

There is an option to resend the code in case you entered an incorrect phone number or the security code failed to deliver.
