      NJOY products are for adult smokers and vapers of legal purchasing age. We take this responsibility very seriously. To purchase products online from njoy.com, you are required to verify you are 21 years or older before your purchase can be completed. Identity verification is done securely by a reputable third-party verification system (the same service used by many government agencies, Fortune 1000 companies and online merchants).     • How can I edit or change quantities or items in my completed order?

      To ship your order as quickly as possible, orders made on njoy.com are communicated to the warehouse almost immediately. Because of this, edits cannot be made to completed orders. Please make sure to review all items in your shopping cart prior to confirming and completing your order.

    • Why am I charged sales tax or excise tax on my NJOY.com purchase?

      NJOY charges sales tax and excise tax in states where we are required to by law. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    • Why does my order status say Manual Verification Required?

      NJOY products are for adults smokers and vapers who are 21 years of age or older. We take this responsibility very seriously. Identity verification is done securely by a reputable third-party verification system (the same service used by many government agencies, Fortune 1000 companies and online merchants). This may mean that our system was not able to verify you on the first try. Please contact our friendly Customer Service team at [email protected] or call us at 1-833-ASK-NJOY. Once you are verified, your status will be updated. California orders require phone verification before shipping per California state regulations. Please make sure you provide a valid phone number when placing an order.

    • Why can I no longer find my favorite NJOY Products online?

      We’re sorry you’re not able to find the product you are looking for. We discontinue some products from time to time and apologize for any inconvenience.

    • Can I return my product for a replacement or refund?

    • What are some reasons my order was cancelled?

      Your order may have been cancelled due to one of the following reasons:

      • Your cart subtotal exceeds the maximum dollars per transaction permitted on NJOY.com;
      • Your order exceeds the purchase limits in place for NJOY products on a calendar month basis (see the FAQ page  here); 
      • Your age cannot be verified; or
      • Your order has been flagged due to suspicious activity on your account.

      In these cases, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. If you believe your order was cancelled in error or if you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team online, by email at [email protected], or by phone at 1-833-ASK-NJOY.


    Shipping

    • How can I get free shipping?

      NJOY offers free standard shipping for all customer orders over $50 (before taxes) that are shipped within the United States. If using a promotion code, the subtotal amount before the code is applied is used to calculate whether the shipping cost is applicable. Please note, if your state requires ASRD or excise tax on shipping, you will be charged the applicable amounts to fulfill your order.

    • I live in California or Washington. Why can't I change my shipping address?

      California and Washington state laws require that your billing and shipping address be identical in order for us to ship our products to you. Therefore, if you change your billing information, we will automatically update your shipping information to match.

    • Can I ship to a PO Box?

      At this time, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses as per state and local regulations.

    • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

      Please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery on orders from our website. NJOY aims to ship orders from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays

    • Can I upgrade shipping?

      NJOY offers two expedited shipping options when items are in stock: Next Day Air shipping and 2-day Air shipping. Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm Eastern Time to get 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping. Free shipping does not apply to expedited orders. Please note that not all orders are eligible for expedited shipping.

    • How will I know when my order has shipped?

      When you place an order on njoy.com, you will get a shipment notification when your order has shipped. Check your spam/junk folders if you have not received the shipment notification within 3 business days of placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team online, by email at [email protected], or by phone at 1-833-ASK-NJOY.

    • How do I track my order?

      You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed, and then you will receive a notification when the shipment is out for delivery. Additionally, at any time after you’ve placed an order, you can log into your account, click review order, then track shipment to see the status of your order.

    • Part of my order is on backorder. When will it ship?

      Items on backorder are items not currently in our warehouse. You'll get a shipment notification when the items are in stock and have shipped. You can always reach out to us online, by email at [email protected] or 1-833-ASK-NJOY for updates.

    • Does NJOY ship everywhere in the U.S.?

      Due to some state and local regulations, NJOY does not ship everywhere in the United States. If you are receiving an error at check out, there may be a restriction in place for your shipping address preventing the completion of your purchase. For more information and to see if a restriction applies to you, please research your state and local regulations. 

    • Why is an adult signature required upon delivery?

      NJOY uses Adult Signature Required service when shipping to locations where it is required by law. When an order is shipped with Adult Signature Required service, the person who signs for the package must verify that he or she is at least 21 years old.

      NJOY also uses Adult Signature Required service for all first-time orders and for all orders delivered to a shipping address that differs from the billing address on file.

    • Why can’t I order NJOY products online to my NY address?

      Due to state law, NJOY will no longer accept online orders for delivery to New York addresses after June 29, 2020. We encourage you to click here to find an NJOY Authorized Retailer near you where products remain available for purchase.
